ANOS primarily serves Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, covering all 33 districts of Telangana and all 26 districts of Andhra Pradesh. Pan-India expansion is underway.

Yes, you can specify your preferred date and time when posting a service request. Technicians can confirm availability when submitting their bid.

ANOS uses a negotiation model. Post your requirement, receive bids from local technicians, and negotiate directly to a price you agree on. There are no fixed rates.

ANOS charges a platform fee of 10–15% of the agreed service amount. This fee is charged to the technician, not the customer. It covers platform infrastructure, Aadhaar verification, payment processing, and customer support.

Yes. ANOS is completely free for customers to download and use. You only pay the agreed service price.

Yes. All payments are processed inside the ANOS App via certified payment gateways. Money is held securely and released to the technician only after you confirm the job is complete.

ANOS supports UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking through our certified payment gateway partners.

Yes. Every technician must complete Aadhaar identity verification and pass a background profile check before being allowed to bid on jobs. Only verified professionals can operate on ANOS.

You can report any technician through the ANOS App. We take all safety reports seriously. Reported technicians are immediately reviewed and suspended if necessary. You can also contact support@anonlineservices.com.

Your contact details are only shared with the specific technician you hire for a job. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Download the ANOS App, select "Technician" on the registration screen, fill in your profile and skill details, and complete Aadhaar-based identity verification. Once approved, you will start receiving live job alerts.

No. Registration and joining ANOS as a technician is completely free. ANOS charges a 10–15% platform fee only on completed jobs.

Payments are released to your registered bank account or UPI handle through the ANOS App once the customer confirms service completion.

Yes. ANOS does not impose fixed rates. You submit a bid for each job and can negotiate directly with the customer to agree on a fair price.
