1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the ANOS application or website (collectively, the 'Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
ANOS is operated by AKUMALLA NIKHIL OPC PRIVATE LIMITED ('ANOS', 'we', 'us', 'our'), a company registered in India.

2. The ANOS Platform
ANOS is a marketplace platform that connects customers seeking home and local services ('Customers') with independent service professionals ('Technicians'). ANOS does not directly provide any home services. All services are provided by independent Technicians who use the Platform.
ANOS acts solely as an intermediary and is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or any aspect of services provided by Technicians.

3. Account Registration
You must register an account to use ANOS. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of unauthorised account access
- Be at least 18 years of age
4. Aadhaar Verification (Technicians)
All Technicians must complete Aadhaar-based identity verification before being allowed to bid on jobs. This is mandatory for platform safety. By registering as a Technician, you consent to the Aadhaar verification process as permitted under applicable Indian law and UIDAI guidelines.
5. Pricing & Platform Fee
ANOS uses a negotiation-based pricing model. Customers post requirements and Technicians submit bids. Parties may negotiate directly. Once a price is agreed:
- ANOS charges a platform fee of 10–15% of the agreed service amount
- The fee is deducted from the Technician's payment
- All fees are clearly disclosed before booking confirmation
6. Payments
All payments are processed through the ANOS App via certified payment gateways. Customers must pay before or upon service completion as directed by the App.
Payment is released to the Technician only after the Customer confirms service completion. ANOS may hold funds in escrow during the service period.

7. Customer Obligations
As a Customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate job descriptions and location details
- Be present or make arrangements for the Technician's access
- Treat Technicians with respect and professionalism
- Pay the agreed amount promptly after service completion
- Not contact Technicians outside the platform to bypass ANOS fees
- Not post false, misleading, or fraudulent service requests
8. Technician Obligations
As a Technician, you agree to:
- Maintain valid skills and qualifications for services you offer
- Arrive on time and complete work to professional standards
- Treat Customers with respect and professionalism
- Not solicit direct payments outside the ANOS platform
- Not create multiple accounts or misrepresent your identity
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations
- Maintain your own tools, equipment, and insurance where required
9. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use ANOS to:
- Engage in illegal activities
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Post false reviews or ratings
- Circumvent platform safety systems
- Introduce malware or malicious code
- Scrape or harvest platform data
- Impersonate other users or ANOS staff
10. Ratings & Reviews
Customers may rate and review Technicians after service completion. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. ANOS reserves the right to remove reviews that violate community guidelines or these Terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the ANOS platform — including the app, website, logo, design, and text — is owned by AKUMALLA NIKHIL OPC PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ANOS provides the Platform on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis
- ANOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- ANOS total liability for any claim shall not exceed the platform fee paid for the relevant transaction
- ANOS does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any service performed by Technicians
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via the App or email. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
